NWS WNY Zone Forecast This is a text-based forecast for the WNY region.
AccuWeather.com Good site with a nice four day forecast including wind speed and direction.
Weather Underground Forecast for Buffalo Same site as can be found behind the banner at the top of the page.

Intellicast Wind Forecast This site will allow you to view projected wind direction and speed for WNY at various times over the next couple of days. This is one of the most accurate wind forecast sites around. Note that the wind speeds on the map are in KNOTS. (See the scale at the top of the map to convert to MPH.)
